Just as I thought I would stop blogging forever, I suddenly thought this can be good place for me to express whatever there is in my mind.
Long time since I last type in this box! Fuish I can imagine how time flies.. Let me see last post was May 2010.. Thats freaking long ago! close to two years.. Who would have imagine that this dead blog will come back alive..

Basically this two years was full of ups and downs.. So many relationships, so many new friends, so many girlfriends, ex, new made enemies (actually not enemy la, people I'm not happy with).. To meet so many people in life is something I treasure most.

I met pilots, captains, police officers, doctors, rich people, poor ones, pathetic ones, greedy, selfish.. So many kinds of people in life! But trust me the very last one u would wanna meet is people who are fake akaTwo faces! This kinda people will lead give u a full of misery life..

2011 was a year that hit me real hard! I was too much into loving someone.. Knowing she is not the right one and yet I still try all sorts of way to keep the relationship alive. I disappoint so many people, my parents of course, my family reputation was even at stake cus of me! How the hell would two individuals love life affect two family and surrounding? Sounds very dramatic but it actually happened on me.. Nevertheless off and on the fail relationship still haunt me.. Technically it affects my confidence level crucially.. Most of the time I loses my focus over something, bad.. But as time goes by, it gets better.. Fortunately I have a supportive family and very strong base of friends that give it all to me whenever needed..

2011 was a light and easy year for me seriously. I went for holidays, relaxing stress free life given by parents.. I can say although I'm not from a wealthy family, but my family is able to afford a child like me and have a car to roam around the town, I feel that my life is blessed..
Biggest mission for year 2012, to get a flying job no matter where and which company it is.. I really want to repay my parents effort they put on me.. From young, I never fail! I was good at sports and above average in studies.. I never like to make my parents to worry about me, not even a bit! My parents are my everything! They gave me shade, proper care, love.. Where I stand today is all their dedication and tender care..

Daddy is strict and fun, sometimes difficult to judge how is he feeling at a particular time, his words are good as gold, too bad
sometimes we do have disagreement.. What to do? 21st century, sometimes it's hard for him to accept stuff which is new. Mama Is the bomb la.. We talk practically everything under the sun.. Most of the time me bully her cus of her bully-ble face.. I mean seriously I love both of them.. little brother is as always being mischievous.. Kinda worry of his study, he is the lazy lazy bump kinda student.. Ayiks.. But still he is my one and only blood brother.. I will try my very best to keep him going in life..

1230am.. Gotta sleep now.. Tired... Will definitely be back to describe what I thought at any particular time line of my life..

Some of the people truly enjoy drinking beer.. God knows how much my friends enjoy drinking beer.. from TANI (means drinking session in tamil), clubbing, socializing and so on.. anything will do with BEER !~

I check on some of the sites related to alcohol and beer.. to clarify the health and effects of drinking beer...

Moderate consumption of alcohol including beer, is associated with decreased risk of cardiac disease and stroke !! However long term effects of alcohol abuse will cause risk of developing alcoholism andalcoholic liver disease..

to make things short.. i copied this plot summary from wiki~

After the death of her second husband, Bernarda Alba, a dominating woman, imposes a period of mourning on her household to last eight years, as has been traditional in her family. Bernarda has five daughters, aged between 20 and 39, whom she has shielded and controlled to an excessive degree and prohibited from any form of relationship. The mourning period further isolates the daughters, and tension mounts within the household.

After a mourning ritual at the family home, Angustias, the eldest daughter, enters, having not been present while the guests were there. Bernarda is angered, assuming she had been listening to the men's conversation on the patio.

Angustias inherited a large sum of money upon the death of her father, Bernarda's first husband, while the other four sisters inherited much less from their father, Bernarda's second husband. Angustias' wealth attracts a suitor, the young and attractive Pepe el Romano from the village. Passion and jealousy among the sisters increases. They feel it is unfair that Angustias, the oldest and most sickly of them, should receive both the majority of the money and the freedom to marry and leave the constraints of the house.

Adela, the youngest, is stricken with sudden spirit and jubilation on the day of her father's funeral. Finally Maria Josefa, Bernarda's elderly mother, who is usually locked away in her room, enters. She says she wants to escape the house and get married. She also warns Bernarda that she is going to turn her daughters' hearts to dust if they cannot be free. Bernarda retaliates by forcing her back into her room.

It transpires that Adela has been conducting an illicit affair with Pepe el Romano. She becomes increasingly passionate, refusing to submit to her mother's will and arguing with her sisters, particularly Martirio, who is revealed to also be in love with Pepe.

The tension in the story comes to a head as the family confronts one another. Bernarda chases Pepe with a gun. A gunshot is heard from outside, implying that Pepe el Romano has been killed. Adela slips into another room while the family anticipates the outcome. As Martirio and Bernarda re-enter, Martirio states that Pepe el Romano got away with his life, and Bernarda remarks that as a woman she cannot be blamed for not knowing how to aim.

With Pepe el Romano dealt with, Bernarda turns her attention to calling for Adela, who has locked herself in a room. Bernarda and Poncia work at bringing down the door through force after being met with silence from Adela. Upon gaining entrance to the room, Poncia shrieks. Returning with her hands clasped about her neck, she warns the family to not enter the room--Adela has hanged herself.

The closing lines of the play show Bernarda characteristically preoccupied with the family's reputation. She calls for it to be made known that Adela died a virgin (which is not the case, as the play alludes that she and Pepe have been meeting in secret). No one is to cry.

I have this feeling to blog about relationship again..
topic for the day..

"A person MUST not get involved in a relationship unless she/he forgets about the ex"

I got hooked with this love story recently =)

She is a nice person and attached to a nice decent guy for several months..
This girl is actually a fickle minded person..
She cant make up her mind whether she likes this guy after several months..
but she said she enjoys his company whenever he is around..

She had only one serious relationship in the past.. and i believed the feeling for the ex bf is still very strong.. although she strongly deny in whatever ways.. but i believe my feeling is right for this.. the reasons for the break up is due to the guy studying in oversea..

Recently the ex bf came back and they both meet up..
at first meeting the feelings wasn't there, according to her.. so i was such relieved as i know the return of the ex will confirm cause some trouble for the current relationship..

i was to naive to believe so, the second meeting, the way she described of not stopping him from flirting her.. SUDAH CONFIRM LA GONE CASE LA TU

the current bf knew that she is gonna meet the exbf and have full trust on her for not cheating at back of him.. so some how made me think that GIRLS cant be trusted fully..

the exbf brought her to gathering and stuffs and treated her as if the own gf, i believe there are hugs hugs, playing with hairs, and whispering going on during the gathering and stuffs..
knowing the group of friends the exbf have, haha.. well i know what kinda person he is like..
spending, gambling, drinking, clubbing, smoking some how related to him... i hope i am wrong..

this exbf is leaving this country soon and going back oversea again soon.. well he might be back after completing his course and work by next year.. and the current bf is emotionally break down some how (knowing a little bit of what she did)

and this girl is somehow lose feelings for the current one.. so its kinda fuck up for the current bf.. i donno how bad it is.. but the mutual trust is only provided by that guy while the girl think there is nothing wrong done by her.. she still thinks she is innocent..
I wonder if this continues, how long more can this relationship hang on?
and what if the guy really comes back next year and the story repeats again??

From justice point of view, this is total rubbish did by this girl of not making up her mind..

Thinking from her point of view, i think she done nothing wrong because this is her own relationship after all, and as long a person is happy with the relationship, that is more important then anything else..

i was quite angry to know about this at first, but being a rational person, i think from different point and different angle to look at it..

so i can conclude that this current bf can only be described as unlucky??

Another year has gone..
Last year was with all my close friends..
but this year, i m with all my normal friends nia..
although not close with them, but i do enjoy spending the new year with them =)

venue in curve.. got to know a few new friends.. mostly san's friends..
worse part of the night is, almost everyone is attached among those friends, feel kinda uneasy,
Sansan's group of friends calling me a light bulb for sticking with yewwei and sansan during new year eve.. allah sian sia~ hahaha...

enlin was there in curve with jiawei, but ditched me for MOS.. what a friend.. hmm

Some of you may already know that I travel around the region pretty frequently, having to visit and conduct seminars at my offices in Malaysia , Indonesia , Thailand and Suzhou ( China ). I am in the airport almost every other week so I get to bump into many people who have attended my seminars or have read my books.

Recently, someone came up to me on a plane to KL and looked rather shocked. He asked, 'How come a millionaire like you is traveling economy?' My reply was, 'That's why I am a millionaire. ' He still looked pretty confused.
This again confirms that greatest lie ever told about wealth(which I wrote about in my latest book 'Secrets of Self-Made Millionaires' ). Many people have been brainwashed to think that millionaires have to wear Gucci, Hugo Boss, Rolex, and sit on first class in air travel. This is why so many people never become rich because the moment that they earn more money, they think that it is only natural that they spend more, putting them back to square one.
The truth is that most self-made millionaires are frugal and only spend on what is necessary and of value. That is why they are able to accumulate and multiply their wealth so much faster.
Over the last 7 years, I have saved about 80% of my income while today I save only about 60% (because I have my wife, mother in law, 2 maids, 2 kids, etc. to support). Still, it is way above most people who save 10% of their income (if they are lucky).
I refuse to buy a first class ticket or to buy a $300 shirt because I think that it is a complete waste of money. However, I happily pay $1,300 to send my 2-year old daughter to Julia Gabriel Speech and Drama without thinking twice.
When I joined the YEO (Young Entrepreneur' s Orgn)a few years back (YEO) is an exclusive club open to those who are under 40 and make over $1m a year in their own business) I discovered that those who were self-made thought like me. Many of them with net worth well over $5m,travelled economy class and some even drove Toyota 's and Nissans,not Audis, Mercs, BMWs.
I noticed that it was only those who never had to work hard to build their own wealth (there were also a few ministers' and tycoons' sons in the club) who spent like there was no tomorrow. Somehow, when you did not have to build everything from scratch, you do not really value money. This is precisely the reason why a family's wealth (no matter how much) rarely lasts past the third generation
Thank God my rich dad foresaw this terrible possibility and refused to give me a cent to start my business.
Then some people ask me, 'What is the point in making so much money if you don't enjoy it?' The thing is that I don't really find happiness in buying branded clothes, jewellery or sitting first class. Even if buying something makes me happy it is only for a while, it does not last.
Material happiness never lasts, it just give you a quick fix. After a while you feel lousy again and have to buy the next thing which you think will make you happy. I always think that if you need material things to make you happy, then you live a pretty sad and unfulfilled life..
Instead, what makes me happy is when I see my children laughing and playing and learning so fast. What makes me happy is when I see my companies and trainers reaching more and more people every year in so many more countries.
What makes me really happy is when I read all the emails about how my books and seminars have touched and inspired someone's life.
What makes me really happy is reading all your wonderful posts about how this blog is inspiring you. This happiness makes me feel really good for a long time, much much more than what a Rolex would do for me.

I think the point I want to put across is that happiness must come from doing your life's work (be it teaching, building homes, designing,trading, winning tournaments etc.) and the money that comes is only a by-product. If you hate what you are doing and rely on the money you earn to make you happy by buying stuff, then I think that you are living a life of meaninglessness.

came back abit late this morning.. i parked my car at the non parking site..

colour pencils!

i was walking around in a stationary shop the other day.. and this 3 things came into my mind..
i remember when i was a kid.. my art teachers will always shake their heads when they see my masterpiece.. !! err maybe my arts are just hahaha terrible horrible and vegetable..

colour pencil was used in pre school, then crayon was used in primary school, finally water colour for high school.. aww i miss time holding colour pencils, crayons and brushes..
i guess the next time i will help my brother do his art work! if not then my children?

now i know why older people love to say appreciate and enjoy ur life now...
cause now i am at the stage of missing things that i have been thru last time..

friends are now in overseas.. i dont get to see them as often as i could anymore..

Navigation to Johor

Flew to Johor and landed there.. supposed to do a touch and go and head back to malacca.. but the control zone in Malacca is raining heavily.. no choice but to stop at Johor airport..

its the first time for me to make a stop there with my instructor.. had to wait for one hour plus till Malacca weather is clear.. luckily i brought my water bottle there..

weather at the west coast is pretty bad lately.. due to those monsoon thingi..
morning clear and afternoon cumulus nimbus cloud is built up.. and u will get heavy rain with thunderstorms..

Bridge Tragedy

The bridge tragedy that happened in Kampar last Monday was totally RUBBISH ~!

it took away 3 young kids life.. who the FUCK is to be blamed??

and the best thing is the stupid bridge which is NEWLY BUILT only a month ago !!

this is totally unacceptable..

i been following this news since Monday.. the person in charge building the bridge MUST take responsible over it..

why are the kids crossing the river at 1030 night when the river is swollen??.. and it is stated there are no spot lights around the bridge..

this shows how badly things can happen.. i hope the house i live in are not from those corrupted
developer which accept bribes.. good thing i am not staying in condominium.. it will be higher risk to stay in condo.. it might just collapsed when u are sleeping...

besides i hope the government reassure that all the facilities in National Service camp site are safe to be used.. goodness now i remember playing flying fox during NS..
luckily the cable never break off half way thru.. if not i might break into pieces after reaching the ground.. haiyz...

Nothing in the Budget to shout about

SO MUCH for the 2010 Budget. It’s a pittance for the rakyat like me and my family.

Income tax relief is nothing to shout about as it probably results in not more than a RM100 savings annually.

For me, the bulk of my expenses are in four areas.

> The food prices we have to manage on a daily basis.

Prices for almost everything have gone up since the petrol hike but have never come down even though the Government had adjusted the fuel prices.

And nothing is done to curb the price increases while our salaries remain the same. Why isn’t anything done to address this problem?

> Another big chunk of our salaries goes to paying car instalments. We have the most expensive cars in the world by way of hidden taxes. Why isn’t this being addressed?

In urban Malaysia, being without a car is to be handicapped because of a “handicapped” public transport system.

> The other big chunk of our salaries goes to paying the instalments or rentals for our houses. Property prices in urban Malaysia are sky-high. There is no proper rent-control system in place.

> Lastly, the cost of education for our children. For those who do not make it to the public universities despite having sterling results, they are subject to astronomical fees for private college education. Why can’t the Government give subsidies to help us in this area?

In conclusion, the Government does not know what we have to go through daily.

Day trip to Afamosa with friends

Yesterday was a pretty boring day..
me and two of the friends went to shopping mall to stalk girls??

they were very into girls now.. maybe its because a year plus in MFA is the reason why.. haha
i guess i am not as desperate as them..

after dataran pahlawan and mahkota parade, we went to AFAMOSA !~ woooo~!

i remember during form3, i joined the school trip and pn teo was with me and friends..
i really miss those time.. if i not mistaken yew wei was there with me.. long time friend.. since standard 1..

den he went to the JPJ department..
the total fined cost RM300, due to his so called honesty and realizing his mistakes,
the fined was reduce to RM200...

He den asked the counter person, : "boleh kurang lagi?"

the counter person : "Boleh, nanti saya print statement keluar, kamu jangan cakap apa-apa. Mungkin RM 15 atau 30"

~when the person gave the statement to my friend, his eyes pop-ed out..

I am already here in MFA for a year..
just completed my ground school not long ago..

so its now fly till graduate.. and i finish most of my

Obviously people enjoy everything in a relationship, u have a special person with u, they are always there to guide u, care for u, love u, help u in whatever u are facing.. besides they will be the one spending time and creating sweet memories in life with u.. u both watch movies together, tour a place together, shop together, hugs when u need, kisses that u desire... when u are at fault, they will be there to tap tap ur shoulder and telling u.. eh noob pls dont ............. again!! haha..
u buy them gifts, cheer them up when their period comes, get scold by them when they are down.. haha i think thats sweet...

personally i think people in love are always noob and doing things beyond people's imagination..

disadvantages,
well it depends, some are lucky enough to overcome troubles,
a couple might not tolerate the other, one of them gets jealous when the other one is looking at opposite sex, one doesn't like the partner's social activity, one gets upset over small issues,
some cant accept the partner's advise, there are too many things to list..
in my opinion, bad things are always uncountable...

hmm some of the girls will take advantage of guy's wallet... as in guys are supposed to pay of all the expenses for outings?? errr.. i dont like this idea.. it sucks..

Terrible week

I think this is the worst ever week i had experienced since years ago...

was supposed to sit for my navigation and type tech examination on thursday and friday...

but i was down sick since tuesday...

its not my lucky week i guess???

i had almost all the symptoms of a person having H1N1...
from cough, fever, running nose, diarrhea, feeling of vomiting and so on...

In malacca, the haze was extremely bad...
i visited 3 different clinics in 24 hours !!
and all the clinics were fully pack !!!

and i was very worry that if i stay any longer in the clinic, i might get H1N1... touch wood...

however the doctor said my fever never go beyond 39, it remain 38+ most of the time...
he advised me to take MC and go home... thats on wednesday evening...

i drove back home with semi concious on thursday morning ~~ lol...
i guess it was the slowest journey i made from malacca to subang.. took me around 1hour40mins.. thx god i didn crash into anyone's car ~~ actually i almost did twice !! FUISH

I feel much better now...
just that i cant stop entering the toilet due to diarrhea.. its been two days...
toilet became my second home now...haiyz

Oh ya another thing that makes me more worry is the academy has 2 cadets and 1 instructor verified as h1n1 positive... DENG ~~

its about me quarreling with the girl's parents i liked once...
i sent the girl back home after outing, and the dad came out from the house and had arguments with me...
in the end i turn my back on him, he call my name and said he thinks i m fit to be the daughter's boyfriend... he approves our relationship, i grab the girl i liked and hug her tightly..

Car having fever ~

i was in town the other day jalan-jalan in the evening...
when i was on my way back to hostel, i saw smokes coming out from the car hood...
DAMM IT... my friend adrian ask me to check the engine temperature... it reaches the red line!!...

OMFG... immediately i parked at the road side and turn off the ignition...
i went out of the car and open up the car hood...
smokes rushed out from errr not sure which part of the engine...

den me and adrian went to indian restaurant to have a coke while waiting for the engine to cool down and trying to guess what went wrong, i was there making noise bla bla bla..

approximately 20 mins we walk back to the car, and think it could be alright, den started the engine and try to move the car again... and it happend again... i park at side wait for it to cool down, and add water to the coolant. We think its because the tank is dry...

i bought 2 litres of water to feed my car...
den start the engine and thought it would be alright by then...
DAMM IT again.. the car engine temperature gone up again...

so i decided to park the car somewhere near the General hospital...
so i could ensure no body rape my car apart over the night...

the next morning me and my friend went to look for mechanic,
we drive him all the way to the place where i parked my car...

den he took sometime to check the engine with a cigratte, and he found out the coolant pipe was burst !!
thats why no matter how much water we feed the car, it would dry up and vapourize at the end !!!

then the fella ask me to tow the car back to the workshop to repair...
tow back to workshop for RM80
piping and labour fees for Rm150

total up Rm230...

the first thing when i step into the house... my dad asked me..

haven been sleeping well during the exam period..

i think its time for some workout to regain muscles and fitness...

den there is another question by a kid, how long is the endurance with full tank...

walaoo luckily i managed to answer the questions... fuishh...

I cant remember when was the last time i grab a gold medal...
its always silver and bronze...
even my mum said how come u can never get first place.. no idea lehh..

Semi final beat team A21 thru penalties...
scored ended with 2-2 with me scoring both goals...
proud-nya... hahah....

in final lost to the same team we lost to in group stage...
we lost 4-1 in group stage and lost again in final 6-3..
i scored the first goal and lead for only awhile... then they fought back..
haiyz..
anyway its a good experience in this tournament...
and i ended up injured my leg for tackling a person which is twice my size !! hahaha

Mfa futsal competition

its been a year plus since i join any futsal competition.. the previous one was in National Service.. wow a year plus ago.. which i was the top scorer for the team..

and this year is a diff thingi..
its mfa futsal competition.. as u can see from the table..
err A23 is my team..
beat A21B 5-1 on the first day..
lost to A22 4-1..
and beat A25B 10-0 supposingly..
some typo by the referee..

scored 5 goals till now with the new sneakers..
and set-up 4 or 5 i guess..
the best goal difference is now dominated by my team..
wohooo.. goal difference plus 10..

futsal is a great thing to release stress.. normally if u win a match, u get more relieve..
well if u lose, u feel frust, oh that brings negative effects hahah

Singaporeans cant drive in Msia highway

As u all know, i drive back home to subang every friday, and back to hostel every week...

I have my reasons for saying "Singaporeans cant drive properly in Msia highways" (majority)

not to offend any of the Sporeans..
but seriously out of 10 singaporeans 6 or 7 of them are kinda err dangerous?? or maybe too safe??

1) they either overtake cars from left to right and to emergency lanes and back to fast lane
2) they drive at 110 to 120 with big cars on fast lane (wth), thats why 3rd lane is always jammed cause of this ppls
3) Lastly i have no idea why they keep hitting the brake pedals while driving on 3rd lane..

i dunno man, as i know they are kinda scary, compared to msians scary drivers.. bla bla bla

the experience i had missing and thinking of someone, was something enjoyable...

MFA vs MMU...

i brought my pilots to challenge my IT pros from MMU...

err i guess both teams are equilvalent in strength..
Needless to say, my skills are still quite solid, but stamina vice is kinda disgrace..

WHACKING THE BALL into the net is the second best thing u can do in the game...

The best thing to do in the game is by controlling the ball well, and push the ball in between opponent's legs...
i find by doing that can lower down opponents morale, and make their team spirit down..

Shooting the ball into the net is kinda boring... i prefer blasting the ball hit the goal post and direct the ball into the net... Sensational feeling =)
