I always keep in mind what my dad and uncle thought me about life...

Dad taught me always remember to be contented with what we have...
and it made me less desire of owning materialistic stuffs...

and it made me became a love-able person

Dad taught me to keep my promises...
and it made me became a trust-able person

Dad taught me to help others depending on my capability..
and it made me realise how lucky i am...

Dad taught me not to waste food..
and it made me realised how lucky i am to have sufficient food for living..

Dad taught me to be patient all the time..
and it made me handle everything one at a time and tolerate any being in this world

Dad taught me to work hard..
God will bless my results

Dad taught me to enjoy life..
as there is only one chance to live as a human being

Dad taught me to trust myself..
and it made me a more confident person

Dad taught me of letting go every bad qualities...
and i am trying to be as good as possible..


kekeke i hope u fellow readers dun fall asleep...

The hottest guy and lady in the morning

First of all, thanks to my buddy Chai Jie Hao (I/C 901230-xx-xxxx) constantly persuading me to join this charity run... and he took the trouble to ask the so called VIP hahaha to persuade me to join the race... hahah so i appreciated it...
This morning race was not sucessful, i almost vomited a few times... in the end i decided to run at a slow pace and constantly stop by at side to recover my system before continuing...

Oh well, as i promised to Wan Shin, i will finish the race... omg.. i shud have said i win the race... LOL.. 11th place in the end.. its just a rank away from grabbing the consolation prize...
never mind.. i need to learn to accept defeats, after having a long sucess in marathon...

It is pretty much because of the blood donation last week... i meet one of the nurse, my parents friend.. she came along with the Sunway medical crew to the race to help checking participants blood pressure... then she said i shudn donate blood before the race...

I really felt dizzY after the race... but luckily i ended the race in a acceptable rank...
OH YA ! I NEVER USE SHORT CUTS AND CONSUME ANY DRUGS DURING THE RACE !!!!

I am not sure whether i will be fit to join the charity run organized by the buddhist community...

Jie hao was the one persuading me all the time to join...

due to last week donating BLOOD... i felt dizzy every morning after jogging...
so dad's advise was not to join...

lets see how...
the another problem is i dun have a suitable shoe to wear...
a nice nike shoe will be good ! haha...

i believe friends are one of the most important thing in life..
no friends no life..

i enjoy getting new friends...
I learn to be as good as them, and learn from their mistakes...

only faith can bring two individuals together to become friends...
there is once, i tried to count how many friends i have.. but i lost count in the end..

We help our friends when they are in trouble...
Hmmm i always appreciate my friends that gave me a helping hand, useful tips, advise, etc.

Jealousy, anger, ego must not present in a friendship...

I learned a few things reading a book borrowed from Eejun, one of my closest buddy...
well he is one of the buddy that helped me and share jokes with always

I miss the time in high school... that was the time i enjoyed most in life till date.. haha...
all the friends having recess together.. going home together.. kicking ball... stalking girls...
checking the latest gadgets, playing fun with the teachers... haha...
i appreciated that God has created me into this world to know all the wonderful ppls..

Learn from mistakes, be a better person.. never turn back to mistakes..

A month plus left

After rotting for several months....
I think my brains are not functioning well !!
my brain cells are getting lesser as i dun think much at home...
err the other thing is i tend to eat alot, and rest v much.. and little exercise...
aiyor..
therefore all this causes me lack of fitness, sprinting graph decline, stamina dropped...
alamak...
thank goodness mama dragged me along to jog with her for the pass few days..
hmm still maintaining 57 kg tho, quite happy with it... maybe i should put on weight till 60 kg... that will be ideal body figure..

Blood Donation Day!! woosh!!

WOOHOO !! Donated a packet of blood... wah kao eh.. Somehow was forced to donate blood...

Dad was supposed the only one donating... then after he finished den kept persuade me to donate SEKALI.... wah sai.. cant escape..

after registration... that nurse... CUCUK !!! POKE POKE POKE the needle into my vessels!!! wooshh!! my blood RUSHED into the packet... wahahha !!.. my eyes got bigger and bigger when i looked at her POKE in the needle.. which is quite big !!

my little annoying brother.. super disturbing.. he kept laughing all the way...

my blood can be felt rushing faster and faster...

this is because when we laugh, the heart beat goes faster, hence causes the rate of blood flowing even faster... SUPER TERUK !!!

I tried hard to control my emotion... but just cant stop it....

can feel the blood RUSHING !!! ** PUISH PUISH !!!

another thing he played with the paip !! feel like kicking him !! tak tahan betul !!

after everything done.. felt dizzy... first time in my life felt dizzy!! ahhaha

not a bad experience.. although its kinda scary at first..

HAHHA!! i know my best pal en lin will sure ACHI ACHO complaining about me using stupid excuses!! wohooo....

Jalan-Jalan Cari Makan

Today was ultimate tiring day...

Me and Eejun went shopping in KL !!

We walked like dunno how many km....

its like completing a marathon race....

At first we landed in Suria KLCC...

den we had our lunch in food court....

later on, we went shopping in ISETAN... EEjun hunting for formal shirts and jeans...

He bought a Nautica jeans... RM230 with 50percents...ok lah kinda acceptable...

den we walked to Parkson... CALVIN KLIEN JEANS !! is about the same price...

EEJUN balls on fire....

wahaha

then we decided to go times square after dat... we took monorail

den we walked to Low Yat, Sungai Wang, Lot 10, KL Plaza, Pavillion in the end....

we had dinner in Tony Roma's before we left...

its a super tiring day.... seriously tak boleh tahan....

our back home journey consumed 1.5 hours... wuuhhuuu...

KTM was always crowded and slow.... aiyz...

Eejun and I complained why they never add train... to improve their services...

off to bed folks~~

Smoker's life

Once upon a time, there is this smoker went for a medical checkup...

and he had an X-ray on his lungs...

X-ray shows there are black patches on the lungs...

He asked one of the doctor's assistant what are those patches meant as the doctor is busy with something...

the assistant which is just a normal worker replied, " I think its Cancer"..

The smoker went back home depressing and gave up smoking...
he didn't even care to consult doctor..

3 months later, he decided to see the doctor once again...

the doctor said those patches doesn't mean anything... he is just healthy and physical perfect condition...

After knowing that, he was thrilled and continued smoking...

A few years later... this time the X-ray seriously showed that he had cancer...

he regretted and tried to stop smoking again..
