OK actually my injury today was worse den u guys thought..
I have scrathes on my back....
My right leg cramped..
walk like an old uncle..
guess no morning walk and football so soon..
arghh...
today bad day for football....
everyone seems like banging on me.... maybe due to the weather...
yiicks... pain all over the body now...
no worry i will back in action soon...
